Peter Tortorello, Principal
Peter Tortorello is a proven leader with institutional and entrepreneurial experience combined with a unique and comprehensive skillset. Over his 30-year real estate career, Pete has grown successful real estate companies and delivered outstanding financial results for investment partners and creative solutions for corporate and institutional clients. After 25 years of gaining experience in real estate consulting, investment and development, Pete founded Fairfield Properties to invest in real estate opportunities and build a portfolio of cash flowing assets.
Peter holds an MA in Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts and a BA in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council, Urban Land Institute, Chicago Loop Alliance, Chicagoland Apartment Association, Lincoln Park Builders Group, Realty Club of Chicago and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
